Welcome to Crypto Diary, a free crypto portfolio tracking app. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the App

This app is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track cryptocurrency portfolios.
You must be 13 or older to use this app.
You may not misuse the app, including hacking, spamming, or attempting to access other users’ data.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details (email and password) secure.
We use JSON Web Tokens (JWT) to authenticate you securely, but you must not share your account with others.

3. Use of Exchange APIs

Crypto Diary allows you to connect to cryptocurrency exchanges (e.g., Binance, Bybit, Coinbase) using your own API keys. To protect your privacy and security:

Client-Side Processing: You are responsible for generating API requests (including arguments, signatures, etc.) within your browser. We do not receive or store your secret keys; only the public API key, request arguments, and signature are sent to our servers to facilitate the request.
Your Responsibility: You must securely manage your API keys and secret keys. Crypto Diary is not liable for any misuse, loss, or compromise of your credentials due to insecure devices, networks, or failure to follow exchange API terms.
Third-Party Terms: By using exchange APIs through our app, you agree to comply with the terms of service of Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, or any other exchange you connect to. We are not responsible for any violations or disputes arising from your use of their services.

We’ve implemented this system to keep your sensitive data off our servers, but you remain accountable for how you configure and use these connections.

4. Disclaimer

Crypto Diary provides tools and market data for informational purposes only. We do not offer financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements of any kind. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative, and any actions you take based on the data or features provided by Crypto Diary are at your own risk.

Market data is sourced from third-party APIs, including Binance, Bybit, and Coinbase. Crypto Diary is not affiliated with these exchanges, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these API providers when accessing their data through our platform.

Crypto Diary, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to financial losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Use of this app constitutes acceptance of these terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms or for any other reason.

This app and its content are owned by Marcin Zagórski. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its code without permission.
